| The TD2929 is programmed to collect a wide variety of SPC data that will not only consist of the basics pertaining to PCB production but, Milara will also consider custom specification integration from clients who wish to collect specific data to their needs. General SPC parameters include the following: |
General Failures and Basic Data Points
- PCB load time, process time, unload wait times
- Maximum X, Y and Theta correction
- Failure targets (failed on find, fiducial 1 or 2)
- Load failures (conveyor transport)
- Machine faults (servo and or other)
- Timeout faults (load, unload, inspection delays)
- Report process parameters per board (optional, includes squeegee speed, pressure/force, separation speed and gap) |

A simplistic, non-embedded menu system simplifies overall use to an operator. All primary setup screens are located only one level below the main menu for less confusion. |
